The stationary or mobile work bench is fairly common for industrial, hospital, and electronic manufacturing applications. Work benches typically have flat tops with or without side and back stops. A workbench will have a stringer to add stability. Workbenches can also add optional workbench accessories such as a work bench shelf, a workbench drawer, a work bench cabinet unit, or a work bench riser. Standard work bench height is approximately 32 inches although some work benches have adjustable height options. The work bench top can be constructed of different materials dependent upon the requirements of the user. A workbench could have a steel work bench top, a hardwood workbench top, a composition work bench top, or a high pressure laminate workbench top. Our workbenches typically ship in 3 - 5 days after receipt of the order.
Ergonomic hydraulic work benches allow operators to adjust their workbench surface to accomodate specific height needs with ease. Workbenches can be ordered with 8", 12", or 16" height adjustment. The hydraulic workbench is available with a manual crank handle or electric. Our hydraulic work bench is available with a steel or hardwood bench top.
A special drawer workbench features sixteen drawers for increased storage. The work bench drawers can be furnished with padlock loop eyes or a plain face. Each workbench drawer has a sliding tray to hold small items within easy reach.
Workbench workstations are very popular as this type of work bench combines the workbench itself with some sort of riser unit enabling the user to access specific items easily. We have many different work bench workstations including models with pedestal drawers, under counter drawers, and bin storage.
Our versatile modular work bench allows you to choose components to fit your specific workbench applications. Heavy duty construction accomodates all industrial environments. Modular workbench accessories include: workbench hanger bars, a movable work bench arm shelf (which will accomodate a computer monitor), a flat workbench shelf or a sloped work bench shelf, a versatile louvered workbench panel which accomodates standard plastic bins or spindles, an air hose hanger bar, an electrical hanger bar, various types of workbench legs, cabinet units for workbenches, work bench drawer units, work bench risers, numerous sizes of side and back stop sets for work benches, stacking drawer units for workbenches, and optional workbench shelves.
Welding benches include gas welding bench and ARC welding benches. The gas welding bench can hold 32 fire bricks and has pads on the bottom to protech the floor. The ARC welding bench has an optional steel shield which eliminates the danger of eye flash burn while watching the welder.
