Netbook42-CT Features:
Bretford's NETBOOK42-CT cart vertically stores, charges and protects up to 42 Netbook computers. Primarily for education environments, the NETBOOK42 incorporates a sophisticated Power Management System, or “brain,” that decreases heat and electrical stress while distributing power to the netbooks to preserve battery life; it only requires a single power outlet for use. The cart features a small 32” x 26” footprint to fit in tight spaces, and cable management to keep 42 netbook computers and cords neatly managed and stored in the back.

Power
The Bretford NETBOOK42-CT requires only a single power cord to the wall outlet. At the same time, its auxiliary power outlets allow it to double as a presentation cart in the classroom, with room for a video projector or a printer. Additionally, the NETBOOK42-CT’s position casters make it simpler to move in and out of a room and station in tight spaces such as a closet or in the corner of a room.

Cable Management
The cable management area of the NETBOOK42-CT provides storage and identification for each computer and cord. Each vertical slot has a permanent laser-cut ID number for coding the computers, the slots and the cable sets, making it easier to manage and identify their location.

Rear Cable Closet Power Management
The rear cable closet provides organization for computer power transformers and is divided into three 14-outlet power banks, Bank A, Bank B and Bank C. A labeling system is included to coordinate computers in the front with power in the back.

Wireless Device Power Specifications
A 1 amp electrical outlet is located inside the Cable Closet to provide power to a wireless router. Power is controlled by the on/off switch on the Power Management System monument and the outlet is always powered regardless of the power mode selection. The NETBOOK42-CT has an all-steel welded frame and comes equipped with two reprogrammable combination padlocks to prevent against theft.
